You know, I have that exact phrase included in my resume.
I think they might have meant tagging in other folks who you think should fill that out. Your interpretation works very well too.
Oh my god-- I lived in Fort Sanders too! In a real dump of a house! Was there a bar/laundry near you called Gryphons?
I don't recall Gryphons but I was there a good long while ago. I loved it, dumpy houses and all.
